I have been working in Information Technology for over 15 years now.  I am currently working as the Corporate Network Administrator for a major Jeweler in the United States.  I have had an interest in Microsoft for a long time as I have held onto and successfully upgraded my Windows NT MCSE to Windows 2003.  I have managed to keep my nose to the grindstone and stay focused on the best way to do things.

I feel that I am an excellent asset to the Experts Exchange community because I have a great ability to communicate the issues at hand, an uncanny ability to troubleshoot, and years of experience to back it all up.
