Personal Description
Hello to you all. I'm ET (3D version). I first came to Experts Exchange to ask a question in the hardware forum: "my phone isn't working, and I need to phone home, what do I do?" I still have no satisfactory answer to that, even though it's been suggested that I need to flush a new BIOS to my phone, or that it has bad RAM.
My expertise lies in my special healing power, which unfortunately seems to have a reverse effect on computers. I have quite a bit of experience in blowing up computer hardware, and try to extend help in that area. I also drink an occasional cup of decaffinated Java.
My favourite hardware questions include:
1) My computer won't output a picture to the monitor. I tried replacing the motherboard, CPU, RAM and of course graphics card and monitor. Do you think that plugging it into the mains power will help?
2) The retractable cup-holder in my computer has a hole in it. How do I fix it?
And of course, the all time favourite:
3) What colour clip-on covers can I get for an IBM 3090?
