I currently work as a marketing manager for a hardware manufacturing firm (we make pen tablets and components) in the Pacific Northwest. I moonlight as a marketing consultant where I help small businesses with development issues, data sourcing, e-marketing, workflow processes, and local marketing strategy. My particular expertise in software comes from being an advanced user, although I have had to mangle code to fit particular business processes for various clients and workplaces.
My technical insight includes Siebel E-mail Marketing, Siebel Analytics Marketing module, Siebel CRM, Microsoft Office 2003, SQL QueryAnalyzer, Sharepoint 2003, Omniture SiteCatalyst, HTML, JHTML, Adobe Acrobat Standard, FrontPage, Google Analytics, ... and whatever else gets thrown my way.
I am acquiring skillsets with Microsoft Office 2007, Silverpop, Vtrenz, Microsoft CRM, and Adobe Photoshop.
