The Moderators don't have access to any billing information. If you want to cancel your Premium Services or have any other billing questions, the Billing team at Experts Exchange are your first port of call. For non-urgent administrative matters, please use the 'request attention' button in the question or article you are concerned about, or open a question in the Community Support zone. A Moderator will be along to help you out.

Please remember the number of Moderators is only a handful compared to the number of requests for review on questions we receive and process on a daily basis. We are all volunteers, and have other real-life commitments which come before Experts Exchange. We will get to any request you make as soon as humanly possible.
