Hail from backwoods of Zimbabwe but presently living in Botswana working for a company of Engineering Consultants and Project Managers. I am actually a Land Surveyor and although no computer expert I have been interested in computers ever since "punching" cards doing Fortran back in varsity days in the 70's. Wrote most of my own survey programs for HP and various other programmable calculators and went on to PC's and visibasic. Am basically self taught and find this site a wonderful learning experience from those that know more than me - not much help here locally and have had to teach myself everything about networking etc to be able to manage our network and associated problems with some 12 computers on site.
