I have been supporting Microsoft Excel Standard and Visual Basic for 2 years.  I can answer most questions about Excel and Office problems.  I have worked directly with Microsoft on technical support issues.
(I no longer support these products, because I have been promoted to Project Manager for Telecommunications)  However, I use them on a daily basis.

Ignorance - is the lack of knowledge for the subject at hand, however, once you have the knowledge, you are now subject to stupidity.
