Click on the checkbox for "I'm an existing user" and use "EEgrid" as username and password.
use your username in EE for Grid agent name.

If you add more then one computer (and get more poinks) add 1,2... to the agent name.

The user interface is a bit strange with all the functions on the bottom-right corner.

Use "Preferences" function to set it to donate time just when the screen saver is on rather then any idle CPU time.
