My boss tells people I like to get certifications as a hobby:-) I have my A+, I-net+, Server+, Network+, Microsoft MOUS and working towards my CCNA, MCSA, then MCSE. I also hold several NCTI certifications applicable to the cable industry. I recently was moved from a supervisory position to a Full-Time training position to make better use of my skills. I also work part time, as an on-call Field Service Technician for one of the countries largest in-home warranty service providers. While I never had any formal education in computers, I have had years of hands on experience in the service and support environment.
