Ken Tannenbaum, aka EricWestbo (its a birth name thing).  I am an MCP on the MCSA/MCSE/CNE certification track, looking to hone my skills as I prepare to enter (gasp!) the IT industry.

Other than my years at the School of Hard Knocks, I havent received much formal training in IT, relying instead on trial and error.  Most of the questions I answer are related to problems I experienced on the way... but I am always willing to do a bit of research & learn something new.

Currently working on developing my own IT business, Personal Systems Solutions (www.persysol.com) to help independent techs develop their businesses.  Currently focusing on working with the E-E community, exclusively.
