I started being Microsoft support professional troubleshooting windows operating systems from 98 to XP. Worked there for almost 2 years and then promoted to a Research Engineer in Microsoft Research Team.
With a natural interest in computers I did my Major in Systems and got a job in Microsoft as a support professional for its windows operating systems.
I wud like to help people who can't get their PCs fix themselves and want expert's help. At present Iam a Team Lead.

I liked EE becoz its a gr8 community of experts to interact with each other and learn everyday a new thing.
Needless to say its feel gr8 to get points and knowing U resolved the issue with the answer.
