Ok, the basics of my knowledge, i've been working with computers for 11 years. I can't say that I know everything, because I don't. I do consider myself really knowledgable with every Windows OS that has been invented since Windows 3.11. When it comes to Linux / Unix I consider myself dangerious, but I do know enough to get by and sometimes fix other people's problems.  Besides all of the above, I have working knowledge of Network Switching technology, Intertel phone systems, Wireless (802.x technology) and Security.
