More "hands-on" than many in my role.
I  troubleshoot Multi-function devices on networks, configure and install networked MFPs and associated software (PCSM,DocQmanager,Scanrouter,Laserfiche, etc), support the sales, IT and service teams, and handle customer training and consultation.
Administrate Company network, Running XP, W2K, Mac OSX, Linux (Redhat, and Suse), Samba, etc. , and support various office and database applications, (Goldmine, Act!, Access, UniVerse, Crystal, Office, Ooo).
Also administrate company web presence, internet interface, intranet and Knowledge base, (and now telecom systems).
I  started as a copier engineer many moons ago, and I still supply technical support for the engines as well as the wires.

How do I get time to do experts-exchange?
I just enjoy helping out, and I get a buzz from solving problems, so I do it at home in the evening (when the wife lets me).
So if I sometimes take a while to respond , I`m out with the grandchildren:)
