Oracle has some truly great software which for the most part is now easy to install using the default settings.

That being said, real applications never need just the default settings so I spend my time helping people get Oracle Application Server do what they need it to do. Whether its Portal, Forms and Report, Discoverer, BPEL, ESB or the database itself, I've spent the time to figure out how to install, configure and use it.
