Constantly trying to gobble up VB and API methods and improve simple programs just for the sake of new experiences.  Love to learn new code, love to improve my own code.  Building a reference library from many of the posts I read...

I use VB6 with SP5.

ANY CODE I POST HAS BEEN COPIED AND PASTED FROM A WORKING PROJECT, which means I will build a Shell application to house whatever functions someone has problems with, inferring buttons, boxes and such from their codes.  This way, I can be certain that the new code I add or change does indeed work as requested - no surprises between in-theory and in-reality.  I will explicitly state if I'm typing code that should work (usually is for very simple things), due to the possibility of typos in variable names and such.

In theory, there is no difference between "In theory" and "In reality" but, in reality, there is.
