I am currently the MIS Director of a medium sized Native American (Apache) Resort & Casino in Arizona, with about 450+ employees. Quite a challenge. Have been doing a lot of database stuff with SQL Server and Delphi.

I also manage several networks, several servers (2000 Advanced, 2003, MS Clustering and now Marathon clusters) and two domains. Added to that we have a fairly large wireless set of networks for guest Internet access and food and beverage.

Also have had, for many years, a side business in consulting and PC applications.

In my early years, I started with a Sinclair ZX-80 which I ordered as a kit and was truly ticked off that it came assembled! From there moved on to CPM, MS-DOS and the good ol' WinTel world.

In the past, I have had to manage an old IBM Series I computer, (could heat the building) with a hard drive that looked like and sounded like a buzz saw! Also, several UNIX boxes, (NCR and IBM risc) and do use linux a lot for email, routers, firewalls and the like.
