Computer Network and VOIP  Engineer at a communication solution company doing VOIP, Data and Video Conferencing. Just started this role after being an IS Director (one man shop) for a medium sized insurance agency for 4 years.  Prior to that I was in Help Desk for a not for profit for 3 years and prior to that worked for Nextel for 4 years, my last role being desktop admin.  

Comptia A+ Certified, Comptia Network+ Certified, Interaction Center Certified Engineer (Interactive Intelligence)

My strengths are Win2k3, XP Pro, Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.  Experienced with WSUS, Windows Mobile (Exchange Active Sync), Websense, Sonicwall, Cisco Switches, Trackit, Openfire, Spark and a bit of Macromedia.  Also poweredge servers and optiplex desktops and latitude laptops.  

I think being an expert on EE is rewarding in many ways. Its a great way to learn, it feels good to help others and the competition is healthy.

My personal interests are fishing (I live on Lake Champlain), Scuba Diving (I'm an advanced Padi Diver and Nitrox certified) and downhill skiiing (live near Whiteface Mountain).  

My personal preference for physical abuse is running.  I run about 3 miles a day on my lunch.
