pre-2005 - Desktop support (Windows systems)
2005 - More server work: Novell Netware 5.1, 6, & 6.5; Windows NT4x (yeah...), 2000, 2003; and Metaframe & VMware.
2007 - Dropped MetaFrame & VMware.  Picked up BlackBerry for GroupWise support.
2009 - Went from BES for GroupWise to BES for Exchange. And e-mail archiving.
