anyhow
I have two fields
say output and input.
Input has a number of the format YYDDDHHMM (year/day/hour/minute)
I want to copy the value of input, and put into into the output field in the format YYYYDDDHHMM. The output field is a string. To make the conversion to a 4 digit year field all that has to be done is add the number 19000000000.
What do commands do I issue to fox pro to do this?
Thank you!!!
woot.
(java/c/vb/php but not FoxPro.) =)

numberDate = 731021232
stringDate = "19" + LTRIM(STR(numberDate))
?stringDate
