The reason I knew about that Page Setup area was because some users of new PCs were complaining that their printouts were getting chopped off on the right edge (and maybe the bottom as well). I simply reset the margins (in Page Setup) to allow printouts to the maximum allowed for the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom margin areas. Once that is reset properly, a user's printout won't get truncated from then on because the IE print routine takes full advantage of the paper's maximum available space from then on forward.
Good luck.

What mechanism within VFP7 are you using to generate this HTML report? Is the page number in the HTML created vy VFP7 or is the page number a by-product of the app routine or program you're using to print the HTML? I'm not clear.
