First - do you own the code?
If not then you would be attempting to do an illegal act.
If you do own the code, the first step is to contact the developer and remind them that you paid them for development and you want the source code.
If you do indeed own the code and the developer is no longer around, and if the need is sufficient, then putting out the $$ for Refox is warranted.
Lastly if you do indeed own the code and your need is not sufficient to pay for ReFox, then look to hire a FP/VFP developer. Most of us have paid to own our own copies of ReFox.
