I heard you can make your cursore reults into a report (instead of copy to .xls and formatting it)
then save it as a PDF ..
Anybody know of this procesess?

Well, "I heard you can make your cursor result into a report" is only half right: There is no general report to output any cursor, you need to prepare a report having report controls for each cursor field you want to print and lay these controls out as you like. EXPORT TO xls is easier in that respect as you don't need to prepare anything. It depends on how much code you do to postprocess the XLS file to fit your needs. If you just do an Autoadjustment of column widths this already would take immense effort to mimic in a automatically created VFP report. Other layouts are easier to do with a report, eg groups, subbands and having each detail band have it's own title and footer band etc. Both have advantages and disadvantages.
The PDF part is as always: you use a printer driver, that really creates a PDF instead of printing to a printer. This way printing anything, be it a XLS, word doc or a foxpro report can be "printed" into a PDF file. As jrbbldr said there are many answers to that in the foxpro section including what PDF printer drivers others use. Dito in regard to mailing with an attachment, mayn answers there already.

You will find quite a few previous postings giving you a number of approaches.
Once you have created the PDF file, then you merely need to Attach it to your outbound email (typically through Automation of Outlook from within the VFP application).
