Question

all zeros in a sqlexec()

I don't even get the cursor when my sqlexec() has all zeros for that customer. Is there a way to still get it when there is a cust assigned to the code but all 12 months are zero and that is the only customer

Your SQL command does not contain FROM part.

You should test SQLEXEC() result after every call and it would tell where is the problem.
