Whenever I launch Internet Explorer from a link or from within another application, it opens in a small window. It over lays the existing IE window and just shows the menu bar, tool bar, links. Because of the way it overlays, I think that I didnt click on the link or it didnt open. I end up clicking again and opening it more than once. Now, when I double click the IE icon on the desktop or launch it from the start menu it opens maximized as I would expect. Ive poked around at the various IE options but could not figure out how to correct& Its become rather annoying.
