Hi impire,
You can see a Web.config file at the root of your web application. You can open the same file from your solution explorer panel of your visual studio.
You have "Framework v2.0.50727" and "Framework v1.1.4322". Which version is you are using for your Web application? By default VS.NET 2003 uses v1.1 and VS.NET 2005 uses v2.0. From the property of the project you can find the version you are using. Edit MACHINE.CONFIG that you are using for the current application.
