I have installed Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 and ISA Server 2004.
Now Im running custom installation of Microsoft CRM 3.0 small business editon but I get error in last step of installation process. The error:

For people who don't speak Spanish, the message (loosely) translates as The installation program has been unable to validate the server Reporting Services reports specified http://srvasesori/reportserver. Error: This edition Reporting Services does not support the feature "Customizing security functions."

That page doesn't focus on a single problem, but is for a number of issues that may arise... but at the top of the page it does specify that you had to follow the initial installation instructions. (http://sbsurl.com/crm)
Your basic configurations would generally "stick" even with a full reinstallation of CRM (unless you completely uninstall it first and delete the config files).

I followed the instructions in link you gave me, but before I start setup I noticed that my default website is not started, I can't start it because my site "companyweb" has the same TCP port.
Any idea?

Your Companyweb should not have the same port for SSL, it should be running on 444.
Do you have it configured to run on 443? If so, change it, and then rerun the Configure Email and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW -- which is linked as Connect to the Internet in the Server Management Console > To-Do List).

My default website and companyweb is working now normally, but I still receive errors in setup.
"Can't find website to install SQL Server Reporting Services. Setup requires a website configured to run on port 80 and host header empty".
You can see it in attached images.

This is as expected in an SBS install when you have ISA installed.

What's the problem? That is showing that your Reporting Services is functioning correctly.

I don't understand the nature of the error in setup. It seems to be all requirementes ready to install but still got error:
