CRM 4.0 Outlook Offline Client crashes each time when going offline

Everytime I go offline with the Outlook Client - Outlook Version 2007 on Windows XP - the outlook is crashing completly and restarting.
The bug report only says that there is a problem in the kernel32.
The point when it crashes can be reproduced: First the normal sync window starts and finishes without an error - then after closing the next window wants to sync contacts with outlook. After a few secs depending on the amount of contacts the outlook clients crashes.

Any ideas? I allready deactivated all add ins.
