We are tying to implement CRM 3.0 to manage sales and customers etc...
We have installed it on the server and can connect though a browser & input new accounts and see parent company when this is input - but everyting else - comes up witha dialouge box saying
"Error. An error has occured. For more information , contact your system administrator"
No description of what the error is , nothing, nicht , nada!
I have checked permissions on the server as far as i can - and it seems to be in line to what i know.
But i just get that box in the middle for erey page bar inputting a new record.
Again, the strange thing is that you can actually see previous data in the new record when you select parent company or Parent Account. So the new info is actually getting into the SQL database.
I can see the settings page with things like Business Unit Settings, Sales Terretories etc.. all well and good, until i click one and then Error ..........................
......!
Certian things like Announcements and subjects come up with pages with no data - and i can add into that - but nothing else. Just that Error all the time. Could anyone shed some light on this please - I would even part with my packet of Jelly Belly Beans for a workaround!!
