Hi all;
I'm running MS CRM4.0 on Windows Server 2003 SP2. SQL 2005 is on the same server but I have Exchange 2003 on a different server.
Everything runs OK apart from the CRM Email Router which I cannot get to run.
I have installed it OK and can configure the "Configuration profiles". I have configured the Deployments and set the server on the deployment as "
http://nameofserver/nameoforganization (I am not using CRM on port 5555, but on the default web server (port 80).
When I go to the "Users, Queues, and Forward Mailboxes" I get an error saying:
"The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized" along with other text.
I look in the event system event log and get:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Kerberos
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4
Date: 03/07/2008
Time: 17:42:27
User: N/A
Computer: SQL2003SVR
Description:
The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server host/sql2003svr.domain.loc
al. The target name used was HTTP/SQL2003SVR.Domain.loc
al. This indicates that the password used to encrypt the kerberos service ticket is different than that on the target server. Commonly, this is due to identically named machine accounts in the target realm (DOMAIN.LOCAL), and the client realm. Please contact your system administrator.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
Additionally - Each server is set to be trusted for delegation to any service (Kerberos Only) from within the User and Computers snap-in for the domain.
Thanks for any help.
