Hi everyone- our admin assistant has a desktop label printer that prints simple mailing labels. It has a nice integration with Outlook where you can click the add in's icon on the toolbar and it will print the address that you have called up in the Outlook contacts folder. We've recently moved to Microsoft CRM 4.0 for all our contacts and discovered the label printer can't be used other than launching the label printer software and keying in the address manually. It's a long shot but thought I'd try to see if anyone else out there has run into this or know of a CRM component that will work with label printers.
