Hi all, this is a weird fault, so please bear with me.
We are running MS CRM 4 enterprise and MOSS 2007. We recently procured a 3rd party package from mscrm-addons.com. The feature in question basically allows MOSS to be a document repository for crm files. The link below is to their website and will give you a more in-depth look at the product;

It takes up to 30 second to load to SP page, however, when a domain admin attempts this on the same machine and same part of the network etc, it takes 2 seconds. Now, this obviously is a permissions issue, however, I can not locate it. I have spoke to the support team who were very helpful, however, after analyzing the logs I sent them, they advised to check the MOSS permissions, which I have and they look ok. Has anyone used this product before?
