Error creating reports on Microsoft CRM 4.0

Hi,

When I try to create a report on CRM 4 I get the following error:

"Error Uploading report - An error occurred while trying to add the report to Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Try the action again (...)" No error codes or helpful information at all.

The only errors I see, are on the logs of the CRM server:

The SQL database is on a dedicated server with reporting services installed and the CRM reportings services connector installed. Reporting Services appear to be working correctly, there are no other error messages either on the CRM or SQL server.
