I ended up calling MS directly and it turns out that if you log into the CRM mailer mailbox in OWA that were was a message in there that did not have an attachment that was clogging things up. Every message that goes into the CRM mailer mailbox that's defined by the router has an attachment on it that tells how the message is to be filed in the CRM and this one for some reason didn't. Almost like a user somehow emailed to this email adress some how. Deleting that out fixed the problem. This was the fix and wording from MS support.
Thank you

What server are you getting this on? Sounds like Email Router... is that installed on the Exchange Server? if not, you should look for an accompanying message on the Exchange Server in the log.
500 is a catch-all error.
Is this the forward mailbox? If so, can you log into it through OWA and see if there are lots of messages in the Inbox, or if there is an Undeliverable folder underneath?
