Modify Opportunity Close Dialog box within CRM 4.0

Hello.  

I'm looking for a way to modify the opportunity close dialog box to add additional fields that are located on the opportunity ( a picklist field and a nvarchar field).

Does anyone have a solution for this?  Please see attached picture for visual.

Nope unfortunately its not possible to customize close opportunity in supported way.The file which has this form is "dlg_closeopp.aspx" file. May I know why you need a picklist on that form?

We're an isv that needs to have an additional value at closing.  

I have need to remove the competitor field as well.

I guess you could remove the competitor by unsupported way, by just going to the page which i mentioned above and set the style.display='none'
