Rakesh Agarwal
Thank you for your help.
I went to the link you gave and was able to download Plugin Registeration Tool 2.2
I put the file on my crm server and followed the directions in the Read-me file.
When I attempt to open the file I get a error. I attached a screen print of the error.
So please bear with me while I get that solved.
So far they had me run the CRMDiagTool4 tool.
WIth that they found something with the emailform.aspx
URL[http://crm/(name)/_com
They are now looking at the emailform.aspx and the minicampaign. Will update more when I know more.
Problem Solved.
Seems way back in CRM 3.0 while we were playing with the Email Form we deleted the Attachments tab (which you can't do in CRM 4.0). Once the tab was deleted we re-added the tab with the same name. Looks good on paper, however this 'new' tab had a different identity number. So the quick campaign could not find the tab it was looking for and crashed.

From your error message I see this ...
tivityid': expected argument(s) of type 'System.Guid' but received 'System.DBNull'.
Exception message: Condition for attribute 'activitymimeattachment.ac
Which means that it could not get the GUID and instead passed a NULL value, which is why its puking on you.
Can you tell me more about the server config (OS, IIS Version, etc)?
