How can I to import data to fields with partylist format in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0? We are trying to import data to CRM using the wizard import tool.

Can you let me know what u mean by party list? is it a marketing list?
If you mean a list of contacts or leads, then you could import them as either contact / lead invidually using seperate sheets.
Have you tried using data migration manager, which is more flexible and used ?

No I think he meant partylist {SDK dynamic entity}. I am looking for the same thing, but there does not seem to be a way to insert multiple members of an activity uusing the wizard or the DMM tool. The DMM tool allows you to lookup one member, but does not oprovide a mechanism for activities with multiple attendees / recipients / etc. If anyone does have a solution for this I would be very appreciative (solution utilizing a utility not custom code)
