How do I transfer MS Money data from one pc to another?

I have one pc that has MS Money 2005 that I use.  I have another pc that has MS Money 2006 that I have not used yet.  I want to transfer the MS Money 2005 data from the first pc to the other pc that has MS Money 2006.  Can someone please instruct me on how to accomplish this?

All of MS Money will save in 1 money file (ex: mydata.mny), find that file and copy to your another pc.
Run your MS Money 2006, open that money file within MS Money 2006. That's it.
