Need Sumproduct formula using multiple variables and between 2 numbers...

Hey guys.. I'm trying to figure out a sumproduct formula that will allow me to pull the item in column "D" from the table below given 2 variables in another worksheet column "T" and "U".

So I'm looking for 98685 and 2001 from Sheet1 in the following table on Sheet2, the answer should be 666...

My formula is pulling 0?
