Publisher left justifies the web pages by default, and if you are using 2003
artosik/ar chive/2006 /01/07/ 805 63.aspx
or 2007, there is no way to center the web pages at this point. The best you
can do is simulate centering. Reference: Understanding background padding in

If you are planning on doing any serious web design may I suggest Dream Weaver or you can learn HTML and CSS. Publisher is not browser friendly and you won't be satisfied with the results.
