On the computer that is running Publisher 2000 with the custom color schemes, do a search on your C: drive for the following file: custcols.scm
Copy that file to the computer that is running Publisher 2003.
I found it here: C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Publisher\c
PLEASE NOTE: When doing your initial search, in the "More Advanced Options," make sure the box is checked for "Search hidden files and folders".
ALSO, if there is a "custcols.scm" already existing in Publisher 2003, realize that if you save over it, you will delete whatever custom colors schemes you already created in 2003.
These answers are for stand alone computers. If you are networked, the location of the files may be different.
Let me know if this works.
