Help with a VB Macro to resize images in Microsoft Publisher 2003

I am sorry for posting such a vague question, but I for the life of me cannot figure this out (VB is not a language I have worked with at all).  I figured it would be relatively simple, and have spent the last week or so reading up on this on the net, but haven't found an answer or a way to get this to work.

I want to create a Macro in Microsoft Publisher 2003, where I can open an image and it will automatically resize it to a specific width (5.20), or if that isn't possible take the selected image and resize that to a specific width (5.20).  Can anyone tell me how I can do this?  I really need to be able to do this as it would save me a lot of time, but can't seem to even get anything to work...  :(
