Publisher 2007 allows you to download the plugin to save the document as a pdf, which when printed does not have the bug. I am still looking for the resolution to Publisher myself, but at least pdf is a workaround.
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsWhen trying to print multiple copies of a multi-page document, publisher will send the entire set of pages multiple times, instead of just sending it once and letting the machine produce the multiple copies. The upshot of that is that it makes the print job take much longer and if you are using a larger machine, like a digital copier, and you try and staple, it staples all the pages together, instead of stapling the individual sets.
In Publisher 2003, simply unchecking "Collate" in the print dialog window would fix this, but with 2007 it does not. Is there some other way to get around this behavior?
Thank you

Hi AbsentMindedProf,
We've noticed the same behavior in 2007 and were unable to find a workaround. Went back to 2003.
