how do i fix color scheme registry on office pro 2007

when i go into publisher it tells me that i need to reinstall color scheme or that it is corrupt.  I have reinstalled, and tried repair and diagnose and it still wont fix it.

Have you created any custom color schemes? Do they work? If you have created
custom schemes, delete them, see if that helps. They are called *custcols.scm*

They are in a folder similar to this: (Hidden)(In the Control Panel, Folder
Options, View tab, check *Show hidden files and folders)
