You can do this in publisher - I think the default resolution is 150 dpi for business cards and you wan't to change to comercial printing 300 dpi -
In publisher right click your picture, then choose save as picture, you will notice at the bottom of the save as screen there is a change button, hit it.
Change the resolution to the commericial high quality setting and save it.
You should be all set
