How can I increase resolution in Microsoft Publisher 2007? I created a business card, sent it for printing and got a call back that the resolution is too low.
How can I increase it?
Would exporting to .jpg or .tif increase the resolution required for printing?

I am not quite following.
I see the business card on the screen. It has some text, logo (imported from .jpg), and a stripe of colour on one side.
I want the whole card, not just the picture, in this case the logo, to have increased resolution.
When I click just the picture, it gives me the choice you are talking about. Although, there is a problem already, becaues 300 dpi is grayed out. Original logo was made as 185 dpi.
How can I increase the resolution of the business card?
Or, do I need to increase the resolution of the business card, or just the image. When I dd what you said it just gave me choice to save the pictures, only.

You can do this in publisher - I think the default resolution is 150 dpi for business cards and you wan't to change to comercial printing 300 dpi -
In publisher right click your picture, then choose save as picture, you will notice at the bottom of the save as screen there is a change button, hit it.
Change the resolution to the commericial high quality setting and save it.
You should be all set
