Publishing a Microsoft Publisher Document

Dear Experts

I've created a Microsoft Publisher document in the form of a booklet, roughly 20 pages A5 size.
I've been asked to publish it on our intranet or to convert it to pdf and need some help!

When i convert it to a Web Publication it looses the formating and background.

I've tried converting to pdf which works fine but all the pages are in the wrong order because it's was originally a booklet.

Any ideas?
