Reverse Engineering a Database with Visio 2007

Good morning,
I have two databases I work with (an Assess DB and a SQL Server DB), and I would like to reverse engineer them.  I heard that this possible with various products such as  CA ERwin Data Modeler and Visio 2007 Professional, and I already have Visio 2007 Professional installed on my system.  I have looked online to try and figure out how to setup a bi-directional connection between Visio 2007 Professional and Access/SQL Server, but I have not found any easy to understand method to follow yet.  For example, I found this site http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/visio/HA011822571033.aspx#2.1 but I cannot find the options it is telling me to change.

Do any of you have experience setting up a bi-directional connection between Visio 2007 Professional and Access or SQL Server, and if so, can you tell me how to make the connections?  Thanks in advance, Jon

p.s. I am willing to raise the points to 500 for detailed information :)

p.s.s. If you know of a better way to do this please let me know, as I am eager to hear your thoughts on this, but I still want to know how to do it in Visio, since Visio works well with other Office applications.Start Free Trial
