How to export "Shape Properties" from Visio rack diagram to Excel, Word or Database file for enventory

Hello Experts,

This question drove me crazy. I have a Visio rack diagram, having all our Datacenter servers and equipment with all the information entered in the "Shape Properties" like: hostname, IP address, network cards ...etc.

We spend lots of time to enter these data, but now i want to make an envetory for all these servers with sorting for Harddirives, network cards ..etc. Now i can't find any clear way to export that data to any other file format like WORD, EXCEL, or Database.

Any one has any idea how to accomplish this?
