Hi,
I want use rich text box for editor and i want fix the size for that.
When i press enter at end of rich tex box,then get new rich text box.
like new page in ms word.

Can you please let us know which version of Visio you are running, and exactly which shape you are using ?

You figure this out by selecting the shape (so it get green dots around it) and then right click the mouse. Select "Format", and then "Special" to get to see the name of the Master Shape. Does it look like the attached images ?

Visio doesn't offer a rich text box editor control that I am aware of. I think you'll need to create one in VBA or another programming language.

As an alternative, you can buy a utility for this purpose. Look for VisiPad on this page:

I haven't used this add-on but Visimation makes high-quality stuff.
