How do I solve this print issue with Works 8.0 and HP Photosmart C4280?

Currently, a customer has Microsoft Works Suite 8.0 on a Windows XP SP2 computer and recently had difficulty printing a spreadsheet and a database. Everytime they go to print they get a mesage "Out of memory. Save or close any open files or applications". The word processor and Internet Explorer 7.0 print fine. How do I solve this problem?

Note: Can use a generic print driver "LaserWriter" and it doesn't give that error. Have also checked HP's website for an updated driver and we are using the correct driver.Start Free Trial
