"dwwin.exe - DLL initialization failed" error on shutdown

Just recently started getting the error, "dwwin.exe - DLL initialization failed" when I shut down my Windows XP Pro/ SP2 system. It seems to only happen if I have loaded Outlook Express during the session. Anyone want to help me tackle this?  Start Free Trial
