Outlook 2007 -- Very Slow Loading

Hi All,

I recently installed Microsoft Office 2007 on my laptop running XP Pro. I find that all the applications especially Outlook 2007 loads very very slowly compared to my earlier 2003 version. Why is this so? Is it because that Offce 2007 is optimized for Vista? Please let me know how I can spped up these apps.
